We will contact you via phone or email regarding payment status, however we reserve the right to cancel or hold on any transaction without further notice. Common reasons for hold or cancellation are:
- unvalidated billing and shipping addresses
- unvalidated payment could in preparation for shipment
For more information about the status of an order, please send an email (including your order number) requesting a status update to orders@sorethumbpublishing.me
Once orders are placed customers don't have the ability to cancel orders. If you are unhappy with your order, please email orders@sorethumbpublishing.me with your order number (this is emailed to you after every purchase) as soon as possible. If you do not have your order number, please let us know the method of payment, title of the book, the name of the author, and your complete shipping address for the order.
Please allow up to 7-14 days for domestic delivery on most orders. This time includes production and shipping time.
Real-time order tracking is provided after checkout and updated periodically via email correspondence.
The only shipping options available are the options shown at checkout. Please allow up to 7-14 days to receive your items.
NOTE: Shipping costs CAN be consolidated into one charge, depending on the items in your cart. So even if your order shipments are split, there will only be one shipping charge at checkout per order.

On top of tax exemption we offer specialized services for Non-Profits. Send us an email to partners@sorethumbpublishing.me with your contact information and Determination Letter from the IRS for verification.
For your privacy, obscure sensitive parts of the document except for the EIN and the part which indicates your tax-exempt status.
